Around the Coast on an Exercise Bike. Sunday, May 10, 2009. I would also like to pass on my regards to my daughter Rebekah who has just increase my grand children to three. Baby Oliver was born this weekend and I am so proud of her. Back on track, I have now travelled just over 500 miles on my exercise bike and have not even left my room with it. I am now at Witham Essex, which is just before Chelmsford. The name Witham is from the Saxon period and the spelling has not changed. Thursday, April 16, 2009.
